Since its opening in 1994, the Gero restaurant has been a culinary landmark in São Paulo, nestled in the charming Jardins neighborhood. At the time, Gero Fasano’s vision was to create a restaurant that served as an informal counterpart to the sophisticated Fasano—a “bistrô à côté.”
