Mother’s Day at Gero

The menu includes options such as Insalata di Capra with beetroot, walnuts and reduced balsamic vinegar, Black Cod grilled over charcoal with fregola, spinach and porcini mushrooms, chorizo ​​grilled in a charcoal oven with herb butter and potato mayonnaise, and for dessert, Torta della Nonna with vanilla, lemon zest and pine nuts. To make the experience even more complete, on Sunday, the hotel has prepared a space dedicated to children's recreation.
