Mother’s Day at Gero
To celebrate the occasion, Gero Belo Horizonte has prepared a special menu that will be served on May 9th and 10th, Saturday and Sunday. The menu includes options such as Insalata di Capra with beetroot, walnuts and reduced balsamic vinegar, Black Cod grilled over charcoal with fregola, spinach and porcini mushrooms, chorizo grilled in a charcoal oven with herb butter and potato mayonnaise, and for dessert, Torta della Nonna with vanilla, lemon zest and pine nuts. To make the experience even more complete, on Sunday, the hotel has prepared a space dedicated to children's recreation.
