Fasano Salvador
Fasano Restaurant brings the legacy of Italian gastronomy with a variety of antipasti, pasta, meats, risottos and fish. Additionally, the restaurant features a selection of typical Bahian dishes. The original aesthetic of the 1930s has been preserved, especially the restoration of the ceiling. The walls are lined with banana tree straw, and in the bar, old sugar-making pieces have been transformed into prominent chandeliers. One of the great differentials is the Climatized Cellar, with access through a spiral staircase from the original construction. The area will also be available for private events.
Feijoada
In addition to the traditional Brazilian recipe, the buffet also includes options for appetizers, salads, and desserts.
Tortelli di Vitelo
Veal tortelli with parmesan sauce and veal stock.
Moqueca Mista
Traditional Bahian recipe prepared with fish and shrimp, vegetables, and palm oil.
Tiramisù
Italian dessert with mascarpone, cocoa powder, Marsala wine and coffee.
