Gero Panini Ipanema

Gero Panini has a young and laid-back atmosphere, entirely dedicated to sandwiches. Designed by the architect Miguel Pinto Guimarães, the restaurant features a pleasant balcony overlooking the calm and tree-lined Redentor Street.The flagship choices are the Panini and Piadine, traditional Italian sandwiches. Restaurateur Gero Fasano designed the menu with the supervision of the Group’s Executive Chef, Luca Gozzani. It is faithful to what one would find in Italy and, in addition to the sandwiches, also includes salads and pasta.
