
Trattoria presents new Spring Menu
Spring inspires new flavors at Trattoria, with recipes created especially for the season. The dishes were designed to highlight fresh ingredients, distinctive aromas, and combinations that reflect the lightness of this time of year.
Under the direction of Chef Sérgio Celestino, the menu features Grilled Langoustines in a bread and herb crust, balancing the flavor of the seafood with fresh herbs. Among the main courses, two pasta options stand out: Rigatoni with langoustine and mussels, and Green Mushroom Agnolotti with white wine sauce. The seasonal dessert is a delicate Lemon and Raspberry Tart.
