Trattoria Fasano, in Itaim Bibi, presents a special dish served on Sundays inspires by the culinary traditions of Lombardy, a region in Italy. The Capretto al Forno (Oven-roasted Goat) is slow roasted and served with taglioni in sage butter. On Sundays, from 12pm to 5pm, the dish is available in addition to the à la carte menu.
