Gero has opened in Salvador

There's another good reason to visit our Hotel in Salvador: the restaurant Gero has just opened its doors there, inspired by the brand's frst location, opened in São Paulo in 1994. The idea is to ofer a more relaxed proposal for classic Italian cuisine, and also exalt dishes that value local ingredients. The house in Salvador, run by Bahia Brito, also has new dishes, such as shrimp spaghettini in lemon sauce, shrimp gnocchi in white sauce, and ancho steak in porcini mushroom sauce and guanciale with potatoes.
