News at Gero Panini

The restairants at Itaim Bibi, Shopping Cidade Jardim, and Catarina Fashion Outlet now feature new dishes on the menu. Under the leadership of executive chef Luca Gozzani and supervised by Gero Fasano, the customers of Gero Panini now can enjoy the Fichi e Parma, a delightful green salad with brie cheese, Parma ham, and figs, or the Bruschetta with mushrooms, brie, and spicy sausage. Two options of Panini, made with Ciabatta bread, are also part of the new recipes: Turkey breast and arugula with sun-dried tomato paste, and Roast beef with Parmesan, mustard, and arugula. For dessert, Lemon Tart and Wine-poached pear with vanilla ice cream are available.
