Trattoria
The spot in Itaim Bibi brings classic recipes and celebrates the Southern gastronomy from Italy. As a result from another partnership between the restauranteur Gero Fasano and the architect Isay Weinfeld, Trattoria has a main salon of 2260 sqft with 100 seats that brings wood and leather decoration elements. Vases, banners and a collection of italian soccer uniforms composes the restaurant decoration.The external area with 30 seats and the private salon with 16 seats complete the spot. The menu was created under the care of Gero Fasano, also has the watching eye of Executive Chef, Luca Gozzani, and is commanded by Chef Sérgio Celestino.
